Terms of Use

Last updated: October 15, 2026

Agreeing to these terms

These Terms of Use apply to windowcleaninginalbuquerque.com and the services we offer through it. By using the site, calling our number, or sending our quote form, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What our service is

Window Cleaning ABQ is a free referral and information service. We help people in the Albuquerque area find a local window cleaner for homes, businesses, screens, skylights, hard water stains, and construction cleanup. When you call or send a request, we connect you with an independent provider who serves your area. We do not employ the cleaners, and we do not perform the cleaning ourselves. Our Disclaimer explains this in more detail.

Prices are estimates

Prices and ranges on our site, such as “$150 to $450 for most homes,” are general guides based on typical Albuquerque jobs. They are not a quote or an offer. Your final price depends on your windows, access, condition, and the provider you work with. Always confirm the price, what is included, and the payment terms with your provider before work starts.

Your agreement with the provider

Any cleaning work is a deal between you and the provider. That provider is responsible for quoting, scheduling, doing the work, their licensing and insurance, and any warranty or guarantee they offer. We are not a party to that agreement. Before you hire anyone, we suggest you ask about insurance, get the price in writing, and check that it covers everything you need.

No guarantee of availability

We work to connect every caller with a provider, but we cannot promise that someone will be available in your area, on your preferred date, or within a set time. Response times and availability can change with the season, weather, and demand.

Using the site the right way

When you use our site, you agree to:

• Give true and accurate information in your requests
• Only submit requests for property you own, manage, or have permission to arrange service for
• Not send spam, fake requests, or automated submissions
• Not try to hack, overload, copy, or disrupt the site
• Not use the site for anything illegal

We may block access or ignore requests that break these rules.

Our content

The text, layout, graphics, and photos on this site belong to Window Cleaning ABQ or are used with permission. You are welcome to read, share links to, and print pages for personal use. Please do not copy our content to another website or use it commercially without our written permission.

Information on this site

We work hard to keep our guides, tips, and prices accurate and up to date. Still, the information here is general. It is not professional advice for your specific property, and it may not cover every situation. If your glass is damaged, etched, or specially coated, ask a qualified professional before cleaning it.

Third-Party Links

We sometimes link to outside sites, like government water data or Google tools. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Limits on our responsibility

This site and our referral service are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, Window Cleaning ABQ is not responsible for:

• The quality, timing, safety, or results of work done by any provider
• Damage, injury, or loss related to a provider’s work
• Errors or gaps in the information on our site
• Any indirect or follow-on losses from using the site

If we are found responsible for anything, our total liability is limited to $100. Some states do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, unless the law requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
