Who Runs This Website

Window Cleaning ABQ (“we,” “us,” “our”) runs this website, windowcleaninginalbuquerque.com. We are a referral service that connects homeowners and businesses in the Albuquerque area with independent local window cleaners. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use our site or call us. To learn more about how our service works, see our Disclaimer.

What information we collect

Information you give us

When you fill out our quote form, we ask for:

• Your first and last name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• The service you need
• Your property address
• Any other details you choose to share, like window count or access notes

When you call us, we receive your phone number, the time and length of the call, and what you tell us about the job.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours records some basic information when you visit. This includes your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how you found us, and roughly where you are (city level, not your exact location). We use cookies and similar tools to collect this. More on that below.

How we use your information

• To answer your quote request and match you with a local window cleaner who serves your area
• To call, text, or email you about your request, if you asked us to
• To route and track phone calls so the right provider picks up
• To keep the site secure and stop spam or fraud
• To understand which pages are helpful so we can improve the site
• To follow the law and protect our rights

We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you, and we do not build marketing profiles to sell.

Who we share it with

We only share your information when it helps get your windows cleaned or keeps this site running:

• Local service providers. The independent window cleaner handling your request receives the details needed to quote and do the job.
• Our call-tracking partner. Calls to our number are routed through Lead Smart Inc, a call-tracking and routing network, which connects you with an available local provider.
• Website and email tools. Our web host, form system, Google email, and Google Analytics process data on our behalf.
• When the law requires it. If we receive a valid legal request, or need to protect someone’s safety.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for other companies’ advertising.

Phone calls and call recording

The phone number on our site is a tracking number. When you call it, your call is connected to an available local window cleaner through our call-tracking partner. Calls may be recorded and reviewed for quality, training, and billing. If you do not want your call recorded, tell the person who answers, or contact us by email instead.

Calls, texts, and emails we send you

When you submit our form, you agree that we and the local provider handling your request may contact you about that request by phone, text, or email. This may include automated calls or texts. Agreeing is not required to get a quote, and you can always call us directly instead. Message and data rates may apply.

To stop texts, reply STOP to any message. To stop calls or emails, tell us at (505) 369-4105 or windowcleaninginalbuquerque@gmail.com. We will stop within a reasonable time, usually a few business days.

Cookies and Google Analytics

Cookies are small files your browser saves to remember things about your visit. We use them to keep the site working and to measure traffic. We use Google Analytics to see things like which pages get visits and how long people stay. Google Analytics collects data through cookies under Google’s own privacy policy.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. To stop Google Analytics from collecting your visits on every site, install Google’s free Analytics opt-out add-on.

“Do Not Track” signals

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common industry standard for how to respond, so our site does not currently change its behavior when it receives one. You can still control tracking with the cookie and opt-out options above.

How long we keep your information

We keep quote requests and call records only as long as we need them to handle your request, answer follow-up questions, keep basic business records, and meet legal or billing requirements. After that, we delete them or remove anything that identifies you.

How we protect your information

Our site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to form submissions is limited to people who need it to handle your request. No website can promise perfect security, so please do not send sensitive details like payment card or Social Security numbers through our form.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we have about you
• Correct information that is wrong
• Delete your information
• Stop contacting you

Email windowcleaninginalbuquerque@gmail.com or call (505) 369-4105. We may need to confirm your identity first. We will reply within 30 days, and we will never treat you differently for making a request. If you live in a state with its own privacy law, such as California, you may have additional rights, and we will honor them.

Children’s privacy

This site is for adults arranging window cleaning. It is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to Outside Websites

Our pages may link to other sites, like Google. We are not responsible for how those sites handle your information, so please read their privacy policies.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date at the top. If a change is significant, we will also add a clear notice on our homepage. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
