The short version
- We are a referral service, not a window cleaning company.
- Independent local pros do the work and set the final price.
- Providers pay us for connecting them with customers. You pay us nothing.
- Our phone number is a tracking number, and calls may be recorded.
- Our prices and tips are general guides, not promises.
We are a referral service
Window Cleaning ABQ is a marketing and referral service. When you call (505) 369-4105 or send our quote form, we connect you with an independent window cleaning provider who serves your part of the Albuquerque area. We do not employ the cleaners, we do not own the equipment, and we do not perform the work.
We are upfront about this because you deserve to know who will be at your home or business.
How we get paid
Our service is free for you. The providers in our network, or the companies that connect us with them, pay us a fee when we send them a customer call or request. This fee is not added to your bill as a separate charge. It is a normal advertising cost for the provider, much like a business paying for an online ad.
Because we are paid by providers, we have a business relationship with them. We want you to know that before you hire anyone.
Who does the work
The provider you connect with is an independent business. They are responsible for:
- Giving you a quote and the final price
- Scheduling and showing up on time
- The quality, safety, and results of the work
- Their own licensing, insurance, and any guarantee they offer
- Following safety rules on ladders, roofs, and tall buildings
We do our best to work with reliable providers, but we cannot check, control, or guarantee every job. Before work starts, ask your provider about insurance, confirm the price in writing, and make sure you know what is included, like screens, tracks, or hard water removal.
How your phone call is handled
The number on our site is a tracking number. When you call, our call-tracking partner, Lead Smart Inc, routes your call to an available local provider. Calls may be recorded for quality, training, and billing. Your details are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Prices and information are guides
Prices on our site, like “$95 to $450 for most homes,” come from typical Albuquerque jobs. They help you plan, but they are not a quote. Your provider sets the final price based on your actual windows. Our cleaning tips and safety notes are general information, not professional advice for your property.
About reviews and photos
We never post made-up reviews or testimonials. If we share customer feedback in the future, it will be real and used with permission. Some photos on our site are examples that show the type of work, and may not show a specific provider’s job.
Your rights stay the same
Using our service does not change any rights you have under consumer protection laws. If you have a problem with a provider’s work, contact them first. If you need help, reach out to us and we will do what we reasonably can. You can also read our full Terms of Use.
